Ashutosh, age 40 years, is the Managing Editor. Prior to joining IBN 7 he was the member of Aaj Tak, a leading Hindi news channel, for more than ten years. He was one of the Prime Time anchors on the channel. Other than anchoring his real strength lies in news management on the desk as well as in the field. He has widely covered India from one corner to another, specially elections and Kashmir, that too when terrorism was at its peak in Kashmir. At IBN 7 he is responsible for the overall editorial content that goes on the channel and heads a team of more than 250 journalists. He is also the only Hindi language TV journalist in independent India who was selected for Dag Hammejoldt UN Scholarship. This scholarship is given every year by UN to 4 young journalists from more than hundred third-world countries.

He is a Post Graduate in MPHIL (Soviet Studies) and MA (Philosophy & International Studies).

Sanjeev Paliwal, 41 years, is the Senior Executive Producer-Output. He is a veteran in TV Journalism with over 17 years of experience. He was instrumental in launching 4 news channels (BITV, AAJTAK, DD NEWS & IBN 7). He has produced events like Gujarat earthquake, 9/11 attack, Afghan war, Iraq war, attack on Indian parliament, inauguration of Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service, attack on Ram Janmabhoomi, Varanasi bomb blast, etc. He launched and anchored India's best breakfast show in the country SUBAH SAVERE Doordarshan in 1999. When AAJTAK launched, he presented channel's morning show for around three years. His magical moment was when in May 2004 after General Elections Sonia Gandhi refused to become Prime Minister of India. Before switching over to television, he worked in the print medium for five years including major Hindi dailies like Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala and Aaj between 1989 and 1994.

He is a Graduate having studied Political Science, Economics and Maths.

Mritunjaya Kumar Jha, age 45 years, is the Executive Editor - Assignment. Prior to joining IBN7, he was Deputy Editor with TV TODAY NETWORK LTD ( AAJ TAK). He was with TV Today for 16 years. He started his career with NEWSTRACK, India's first video magazine and during that period he covered Ayodhya demolition, Bombay riots, Bombay blasts (1993), Sri Lanka & Kashmir extensively. In 1994, he was in the core team which started AAJ TAK and he covered domestic as well as foreign affairs, from Kargil war to Iraq war. He also had a brief stint with Statart ( a sister concern of NDTV) covering sports events. He also did voice overs for some well known brands during his free lance days.

He is a Graduate in Commerce from Bhagalpur University.

Prabal Pratap Singh, 40 years, is the Executive Editor. Prior to joining IBN7, he was Deputy Editor of Aaj Tak news channel. At Aaj Tak, he was heading Special Investigating Team (SIT). During his association with Aaj Tak, he was responsible for making SIT and got sting done in Tihar Jail, Sales Tax Department and Service Tax Department of Central Government. He extensively covered Afghanistan war for over two months and was the only Indian journalist to have covered Spider hole from where Saddam Hussain was arrested in Tigrit (Iraq). He has covered every major incident from general elections to communal riots in Gujarat to terrorist attacks in Mumbai, Srinagar, Kolkata, Varanasi and Ayodhya. Before joining Aaj Tak, he worked for Eenadu TV, The Pioneer and Rashtriya Sahara newspapers. Before media, he taught political science in a local college in New Delhi.

He has a Masters in Political Science from Gorakhpur University & a M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Satish Sathyanarayanan, 34 years, is the Channel Producer. He has been responsible for transforming the look of IBN7 into a world class one. Before joining IBN7, he was Executive Producer - Productions for CNN-IBN & CNBC-TV18. He played a key role in the launch of CNN-IBN and earlier of CNBC. His 11 years of experience in Television includes, reporting, desk and handling of production.

He is a Graduate in economics & is currently doing Management course in Finance.
