B Sai
Kumar, 33 years, is the Chief Executive Officer. TV18 Media
Networks is the commercial & business arm of the TV18
Group. It represents all the television and Internet brands
of the TV18 Network CNN-IBN, CNBC-TV18, AWAAZ, CHANNEL 7,
Moneycontrol.com & IBNlive.com. He joined the TV18 Group
in the year 2000 and has since been responsible for brand
communication and revenue generation for all brands of the
TV18 Group. He has been instrumental in bringing CNBC-TV18
and CNN-IBN to the leadership position they enjoy in the marketplace
and has been responsible for the several marketing innovations
that have driven the TV18 Network to becoming India's Largest
News Network and India's fastest growing Internet company
today. Prior to joining the TV18 Group, Sai was with the Times
of India Group, where he worked with Times Music, Times Retail
and Times FM.
He is an MBA with a specialization in Marketing & graduated
with specialization in Statistics. |

Ajay Chacko Head - Marketing for CNBC TV18 and Awaaz |

Ajay
Chacko, 33 years, is the Head - Marketing for CNBC TV18 and
Awaaz, is responsible for new products and revenue lines on
CNBC TV18 and Awaaz as well as brand and programming led initiatives.
He has been with TV18 since March 2004. Prior to joining TV18,
Ajay has worked in a financial services and media for over
a decade. His earlier stints were with IL&FS (Infrastructure
Leasing & Financial Services, India) where he looked after
marketing for the asset managment business. He has also been
part of the start up team at Sharekhan (the retail broking
venture promoted by SSKI, Intel, Carlyle and HSBC). He started
his career in the Indian Express Group where he worked in
different capacities.
Ajay is a Management Graduate from the Dept. of Management
Studies, University of Pune. He also has a post management
qualification from IIM Bangalore. |

Dilip Venkatraman Director Marketing at GBN |

Dilip
Venkatraman, 39 years, is the Director Marketing at GBN. He
has over 17 years of corporate experience, of which 3 years
were in the US. Prior to joining GBN, he held key positions
at India Today and the Zee Network. He was the Head of Brand
Management at Zee News and the President of Marketing for
Dish TV. He also spent over a year as the CEO of Pugmarks,
a technology company. In the last 6 years, he has spearheaded
some of the leading initiatives in the media industry. He
has to his credit the introduction of the first sms short
code in Indian Television on a nationwide basis. He is also
the man behind the Zee News LED News tickers that won him
the coveted 'Indian Marketing Award'.
He is a Graduate in Public Administration. |

Rajnath
Kamath, 48 years, is the Director Sales at GBN. An expert
in media sales and marketing, he has over 22 years of experience
in functions ranging from product management, advertising,
sales promotions, sales training and research. Prior to joining
GBN, he was the Vice President and National Sales Head at
NDTV. He helped NDTV attain the fastest revenue growth in
the industry within a span of two years. Before that, he spent
over 10 years at Star India assuming various roles and responsibilities
across their Television portfolio. He also has over 10 years
of invaluable experience with top media and advertising agencies
such Clarion, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT and Leo Burnett where
he was the Group Head for Media Planning.
He is a postgraduate in management studies from Bombay University. |

Sanjay Dua

Sanjay
Dua, 39 years, is the Network Regional Sales Head. He has
over 18 years of corporate experience, of which the last 14
years have been in the media industry. Prior to joining GBN,
he was heading all India sales for Zee News and Zee Business.
He has also worked with Bennett Coleman and Walt Disney where
he was in charge of sales across their various channels in
India.
He is a Hotel Management Graduate from Lucknow University
and has undergone various executive training programs, the
most recent one being from Mudra Institute Of Communications
Ahmedabad. |

Sundeep Malhotra, age 45 years is the the Chief Executive Officer for the recently incorporated " Home Shopping Venture".
Prior to joining TV18, he was the Executive Vice President Sales with PepsiCo India . In the six years with the organization, he was responsible for building & activating the fast emerging On Premise & Modern Trade sales channels for India & the Subcontinent. He was also spearheading the Key Customer relationships and building system capability to manage critical channels & relationships. Prior to Pepsi, he had a 5 year stint with Benetton India, as their GM Sales & Marketing for the Indian subcontinent and a 10 year stint with Bata India Ltd, across various functions from Brand Management to Retail Head.
He is a Graduate from Delhi University & has done his Masters from AIMA, Delhi.
